venice… you are pretty than a postcard! what a field day for amature photographers, unlike myself of course, bc every photo is faaaaantastic. so great to be with fun travelers again. i had stressed about this trip a bit, but man, pretty glad i came. ill write more later. but best moment was the arrival…. by boat, during sunset, the water aqua bright with orange reflections, talking to an old couple in their 60s who are still in love and traveling the world on a budget together… so funny. we laughed about lord of the rings, since they are from new zeland, and how i need to take a shower. damn americans. we smell AND our president sucks!

So after all that work catching up I decided I should make sure to leave you a comment. First things first, I am so so so so so so so very jealous of your trip, it sounds beyond amazing. I also have been missing you lately because I have been reading Faulkner lately and for some reason I feel like he would make for an intresting conversation. Seeing you some time this year is a must and it should be easier with you in LA considering how often I am up there for speech. Enjoy the rest of Europe.
