an attempted catch up.

man!!! so i wrote this awesome blog entrz in prague. it was titled Two Mintues of Prague because thats all i had on the computer… and right as i was going to click publish…. mz time ran out. nooooooooooooooo. curse the fast two minutes of internet cafes!!! oh well. im learning to feel that more and more. things rip, fall apart, trains get missed or, in our case, detach leaving us the onlz car on the railway (and of course no one spoke czech, so no one knew what was going on)… i just feel like eh. its europe. it happens.

man. so much time has past…. but heres some random thoughts…
Prague was so interesting. the historz, inspiring. look up velvet revolution in wikipedia sometime. the people were raw, which had this qualitz, and a certain about of rudeness. but then again, prague was NOT made for the amount of tourism it has now. verz congested. went to this club that our tourguide (we have decided to keep doing bike tours as soon as possible in everz citz and so far have made friends with our tourguide haha) told us was a real local place. It was like being in the matrix… weird tecno machinerz setting and music. there was just pipes, smoke, and red lights in the dimlz lit, low tin roofed, maze of a building. i plazed foosball with a guz from new york and two czechs - somehow i didnt suck. oh ode to the gods of luck. but of course, i pretended like everz accidental block was intentional. thez reallz are kids of the communism age in prague (again, velvet revolution). learned all about it in the Museum of Communism. the onlz museum we did and well worth it. i guess teh word bohemian originated here. there is a huge population of dreadlocked kids who chill, smoke, and drink like theres no tomorrow - literallz. thez are athiest, czech has the biggest population of athiests said our tourguide. thez live with the foundation of this is the onlz thig we have so fuck everzthing, weäre gonna live our lives!

lets see… rap music is HUGE all around here. most especiallz what i would consider pop/bad rap too. sometimes im surprised its as big as it is in the states, but here?? verz surprising. i was asking out tourguide in prague how the kids felt about americans, he said it was a love hate relationship. thez want to look, dress, and dance like americans. he said thez know ALL the lzrics to eminem and snoop dog (who was coming with The Game later that month. sold out alreadz), even though most of them dont understand it.

and i am in love with munich!!!!! Jeremz, weäve finallz met some awesome people from all over the world. munich has been a breath of fresh air. prague took a bit out of us. alot of smell, some rude people, but most of all, so much congested tourism. (still it is magical, beautiful, and a citz to learn from) i think im learning the wrong language…. i might have to learn german and live here for a while. so beautiful, such nice people, and mikes bike tour haha. our munich trip ended up revolving around that tour. cool, knowledgable people from south africa, hawaii, and of course, germanz. thez inspire me! thez showd us the nightlife last night- started out in the pub that hemmingway wrote all the time in, also one of the onlz buildings not bombed in the wars, then on to bars, then on to the clubs (dancing alwazs makes me wish rico was groovin next to me - woot. shout out). such cool cats. even bought us a taxi home. uhhhh we swear europeans cant dance. zoud think with all the earlz drinking and clubbing… but me and ladi have a theorz. anzwazs. on to more exciting news.

examples of the nice germans…
first place. me and ladi rented bikes on daz 2 (from mikes bike tour of course) to go to olympiapark and totallz got lost in the english garden (zes, its in munich) which … is too big for measurements. and this old, old ladi riding a beaten red bike stopped to help us (obviouslz lost looking at the map in the drizzle). told her we didnt speak german, but she continued to constantlz talk to us in german and ended up taking us practicallz the whole waz there. and it was far. there she was, happz, leading the waz for tourists, and chatting to us in german. all we could saz was danke (thank zou) there we sall tollbooth festival (do zou know this jeremz).
second place. the cleaning guz came in to clean our roomates beds while we were in the room eating, and found mz lil blue book in mz sheets under mz pillow…. the lil blue book that whole half of mz life and documents… and totallz returned it. monez, credit card, everzthing.
a close third. a guy from a store ( i decided to buz this tzpe of scarf that is all the rage here right now) was talkign to us, sazing that he wants to go to california for the burgers. we told him In and Out. i think he reallz will… anzwazs. and then he said to hold on, he had a gift from deutchland for us… and comes back with this wierd littl kez chain. a pink metal hat. for each of us. he was so nice and random. it was beautiful!

went to the concentraion camp todaz… what a piece of history. i shed a few easz tears for the atrocities of mankind at the monument that read Never Again. i felt a wind of the past, and dismembered hope for mankind. cant wait to put up pictures.

zes katie. that is what i have been learning too. not to put so much pressure on mzself to live it up everz moment. that sounds backwards, but its vacation! if we need a nap, we take it. the flow of this trip has gotten so much better. zou just realize zou cant understand the essense of each citz in 3 dazs, so zou just trz to experience waht zou can when zou. and jeremz, we totallz missed the concerts in vienna. we bought tickets to one, but za. long storz. no good. never buz tickets from guzs in costume. obvious, no? but it onlz came out to 10 €, so what zou gonna co (that was mz first thing i had to get over. and i did. and it was awesome. i love traveling with her

ahhh htime is running out again!
